The bill (Reg. No. 1046) proposes to determine the measures of strengthening state control over the use of natural resources that are in private ownership of economic agents.
The draft law proposes to amend respective changes to the Law “On environmental protection”, the Land Code of Ukraine, the Economic Code, the Code of Administrative Procedure in order to regulate issues of application of such administrative and economic sanction.
According to the people’s deputies, the issues raised in the bill are regulated enough by the current legislation of Ukraine and there is no urgent need for its adoption.
